The project consists of the renovation of the existing Bolton Hill Sports complex, including two new baseball and two new softball fields with synthetic turf infields, two grass tee ball fields, and six grass soccer fields. Other site improvements include a new playground and parking lot, new paved and striped parking lot at main entrance, the renovation of one storage shed, addition of two storage sheds, and a new paved walking path around the facility perimeter. The project has an estimated total construction cost of $8 million. It is anticipated that the selected Architectural/Engineering firm will provide comprehensive final designs and construction administration services throughout the Project to its final completion. The Scope of Services listed herein is provided to establish a general understanding of the project requirements. The actual scope of services will be finalized during fee/contract negotiations. The City intends to utilize a standard design, bid, build approach. The Project and related architectural duties are described as follows
