Laurelwood Homes consists of 16 single-story duplexes, that range from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The site also has a maintenance shop, and a community room. The project includes power washing building surfaces to be painted, and apply full exterior paint. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the incorporated Request for Bids, Drawings, Specifications, federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and to the highest industry standards. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
