The Gervais School District is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM/GC) for multiple repair/renovations projects at Gervais Elementary School, and multiple addition/repair/renovations projects at Gervais Middle School, and multiple repair/renovations projects at Gervais High School in Gervais, Oregon. The CM/GC firm selected will be providing services during the design and construction phases. It is the intent of the Gervais School District to enter into a contract with the selected CM/GC firm, which will include a fixed fee and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the entire scope of the work.
