The Oregon Heath Authority is seeking Proposals from Architectural and Engineering Services Consultants to provide design and contract administration services in support of the Security Access Control System Upgrade Project. Contracting Agency is issuing this Formal RFP under its authority as set forth in ORS 179.040 and ORS 279A.050 for architectural and engineering (A&E) services and related services as describe below: The evaluation and upgrade design of the existing Security Access Control System. The scope of the primary/basic services for this project includes the Oregon State Hospital (“OSH”) Peter Courtney Salem Campus and Junction City Campus. This system shall be hereinafter referred to as the "System".
