Add to existing counterweights and balance bascule spans. 2. Adjust live load bearings, anchor struts, and span locks, as required. 3. Reconstruct light rail tracks. 4. Install stormwater treatment. 5. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and PlansFederally funded - DBE 9% goals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
