The City of Portland, Bureau of Parks & Recreation is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called “Proposer(s),” with demonstrated experience in building and system commissioning services and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) peer review services. Experience reviewing design and performing commissioning of indoor aquatic centers and swimming pools is highly desirable but not mandatory. Proposers should have experience with sustainability requirements of City facilities. Additionally, proposers should have demonstrated experience with Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) alternative construction delivery.
