Prequalifiation required for CMGC. Portland State University (PSU) is proposing to expand their facilities on the Oak Savanna by creating an addition to, and renovating the existing Indigenous Traditional Ecological and Cultural Knowledge (ITECK) Center, and complete certain additional associated activities as set forth in this RFP. The Work contemplated under this Agreement includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Agreement Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Agreement Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
