The intent of this RFP is to award a Price Agreement for Fire Sprinkler Testing, Maintenance and Repair. The Successful Proposer will be responsible for ensuring that fire sprinkler testing, maintenance and repair services are completed annually and on an as requested basis for multiple locations in the Eugene, Portland, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Salem, and Wilsonville areas.
