The City of Bay City is seeking proposals from firms for structural engineering, architectural design and Project Management services for the Bay City Water Line Replacement and New Reservoir in Tillamook County. Water line is 8500 feet of 10 inch water main along a combination of county roads, HWY 101 and a local access road. The reservoir is a 500,000 gallon reservoir built along side an existing reservoir.
