The scope of this project includes a (Base Bid) new 2,633 square foot classroom addition with an (Add Alternate No. 1) 2,100 square foot multi-purpose room addition. The Scope of Work shall include, but not limited to the following: wood framed construction, shop fabricated wood trusses, metal siding, composition asphalt shingles, interior finishes, fixtures, specialties, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm system, and site improvements all as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents.
