Northern Wasco County PUD seeks inspection and repair services for a bypass structure consisting of five layers of energy reduction shelves. The structure measures approximately 20’ x 30’ and stands 90 feet tall, with open access at both the top and bottom, and walkways available at the top and bottom levels. The energy reduction shelves are composed of horizontal beams bolted into place. During previous inspections, loose hardware, missing bolts, and one dislodged beam were observed. The dislodged beam has fallen to a lower level and will need to be raised and remounted. The inspection is expected to be performed from the top entry, with workers repelling down to the lowest level and walking out.
