This solicitation is for retaining a general contractor (GC) to furnish, install, manage and coordinate all work as shown in the attached documents on behalf of the Beaverton School District. The goal is to overlay the existing roofing system, providing a new lasting roof system. This project will include repairing portions identified prior to the overlay, installation of safety anchors, overlay of a new roofing system over the existing membrane, and installation of any/or all associated and appurtenant items. Partial work is to be completed during the week of Spring Break and the remainder of the work is to be completed over the 2025 Summer Break.
