Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Hillsboro, Oregon (“City”), in collaboration with the Joint Water Commission (“JWC”) and the Barney Reservoir Joint Ownership Commission (“BRJOC”), seeks to enter into a professional service contract with one (1) qualified vendor that demonstrates expertise, experience, and reliability in providing water quality laboratory analysis services at competitive prices. Awarded Contracts will be utilized on an as-needed basis. Although these entities anticipate regular usage of these contracts, there is no guarantee of a fixed dollar amount of specific service volume. Additionally, given the dynamic nature of public health needs and the potential for emergent situations, the City cannot guarantee exclusivity for these contracts.
