The bid will be based on a shower surround and a new tub install with replacement of any wooden stud or joist work necessary to support the new renovation. It will also include replacing existing components (such as a mixing valve), sheet rock with cement board, water barrier coating and patch work on ceiling below if there was a leak. Some bathrooms may have a window in the shower, therefore requiring caulking, and some carpentry and shower surround cutting (the shower surround specification allows for cutting). Some bathrooms may require a new window to be installed. Windows will all be in addition to the base bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
