Work includes but is not limited to; Area 1 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 1 buildings. Area 2 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 2 buildings. Area 3 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 3 buildings. Coordinate removal as needed with camera relocations, fire alarm, speakers, separate sound systems, BDA devices, exit lights, light fixture supports, ceiling supports, HVAC drain lines at ceiling level, HVAC grilles, Wi-Fi devices and miscellaneous jacks. Repair grid tees and runners as needed along with sagging ceiling wires. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
