Work includes but is not limited to; Area 1 is to recoat the existing asphalt surfaces of the main building loop (Area 1) and address the circled paving area. After any corrections are addressed, the main drive is to be restriped as shown on the plan sheets. Area 2 is to recoat the existing asphalt surfaces of the side parking lot (Area 2) and address the circled paving areas at the two basins. After any corrections are addressed, the side parking lot and drive is to be restriped as shown on the plan sheets.
