The Project includes the following Work: Central Counties Services (CCS) Renovation Project includes Construction Services and Project close out for the renovation of an existing building and future home of the new West Bell County Service Complex located at 1011 Wales Drive in Killeen, Texas. The anticipated scope consists of the demolition and reconstruction of specific existing offices, restrooms and other interior spaces to accommodate CCS departments. The floor area included in this RFP is approximately 14,879 square feet. The owner intends to install new lighting and new HVAC throughout the entire building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
