Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of the Verano Elevated Storage Tank & Rhoda Standpipe Demolition Project, SAWS Job No. 22-6006. The Project includes construction of a new 3.0 Million Gallon (MG) Elevated Storage Tank (EST), including site/grading/drainage improvements, driveways, security fencing, traffic control, yard piping, water main and tie-in, and water line bore under S. Zarzamora St. Also included is construction of electrical equipment, security, SCADA controls and other related appurtenances. Prior to construction of the new EST, demolition is required of existing structures on site. The Project also includes demolition of the existing 3.0 MG Rhoda Standpipe, electrical building, valve vault and piping within the site. After demolition of the standpipe site restoration including grading and seeding is required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
