The work shall consist generally, of restroom upgrades to include, new wall tile, epoxy flooring, touchless plumbing fixtures & faucets, new lavatories, accessories, stainless steel partitions, doors, new paint, and new epoxy flooring for the lobby, custodian closet and customer service offices. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
