Install 27 linear feet of window stool and casing 12. Install 12 interior LED light fixtures 13. Install 4 ceiling fans 14. Install 16 window mini blinds 15. Install 5 hardwire smoke detectors 16. Install 2 exhaust fans 17. Install 66 LFT of closet shelving Bathroom: 18. Install 1- 5 ft steel tub with approximately 77 SqFT of Hardi Backer and Tile 19. Install 1- Garden Tub ( 41”x 5 ft ) with approximately 78 SqFt of Hardi Backer and Tile 20. Install 2- Toilets to include flange, wax ring, and supply line 21. Install 1- 36” vanity cabinet with top 22. Install 1- 48” vanity cabinet with top 23. Install 2- vanity mirrors 24. Install all interior hardware including doorknobs, door hinges, door stops, & bathroom towel bar sets Kitchen: 25. Need to manufacture, install, and paint birch plywood cabinets for the kitchen 26. Approximately 16 LFT of base cabinet 27. Approximately 15 LFT of wall cabinets 28. 2x5 Island cabinet with custom countertop 29. Approximately 10 ft of countertop 30. Install a 24” dishwasher and all plumbing 31. Install a 30” electric stove 32. Install a 18 CuFT refrigerator 33. Install a 30” Non-Vented Vent Hood 34. Install a 36” kitchen sink to include faucet and all necessary plumbing ~ All debris will be removed by the Contractor and disposed of appropriately off-site/property. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
