The City of San Antonio (hereafter referred to as “City”), Public Works Department (hereafter referred to as “PWD”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms (hereafter referred to as “Respondent”) to provide engineering design services for the Rittiman Road Grade Separation Project (hereafter referred to as “Project”). Once constructed, this project is estimated to eliminate traffic congestion at the railroad crossing by as much as 40 percent during peak periods in the future. The contract duration is throughout the project completion. The estimated completion of the project is no later than December 2028 and is not-to-exceed the contract value of approximately $4,900,000.00 million.
