RWRD is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract to provide professional project management and engineering services including but not limited to designing, managing construction of, and inspecting the construction of new industrial wastewater facilities and decommissioning current facilities (or portions thereof). The scope of work will encompass the management of the project and may include any and all civil, structural, and environmental engineering as well as local, state, and federal wastewater planning/contract execution on wastewater services for RWRD as defined herein.
