The City of Pearland, Texas is requesting Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for professional services from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with knowledge of infrastructure projects and related services during the design, study and/or construction phase services. The purpose of this solicitation is to develop a list of qualified firms (for each professional service category) to work with the City of Pearland and provide professional services with, but not limited to, the study, design, surveying, bidding and construction services (including material testing services and geotechnical) on a ‘as needed’ basis. Only firms submitting for this RFQ, on each specific professional service category, and meeting qualifications based on the scoring results from the selection committee will be considered. Each firm may submit on one or all categories, but a complete RFQ statement will be required for each professional service category. A combination of RFQ statements for more than one professional service category may be considered as non-responsive.
