The City seeks to develop a comprehensive hydraulic model of the drinking water distribution system. • The model shall be developed to the degree that it can be used to aid the directing of new Capital Improvement Projects as well as development in the City. • There shall be provisions included for the updating of the model on an annual basis at a minimum for a period of not less than five (5) years.
