The City of Caldwell, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, hereafter referred to as “Respondent”, to assist the City of Caldwell in its application(s) for and implementation of one or more contracts, if awarded, from the 2025 Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) - Downtown Revitalization Grant Program. The City is considering applying for such funding for the improvement of ADA sidewalks and drainage in the Downtown area.
