The City of Marble Falls is seeking Proposals for providing a single Construction Project Manager from qualified firms to provide the services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP): Services typically provided by a Construction Project Manager in the City’s Engineering department related to project management activities for construction of municipal projects such as wastewater treatment plant, wastewater lift station, force mains, gravity pipeline, demolition of existing plant facilities, expansion of purple pipe system, and related projects. The Construction Project Manager will be provided workspace at the construction project office(s) provided by construction contractor(s) or incidental use of space in the City’s Engineering office (110 Av. H #206, Marble Falls). The City will provide access to the City’s systems during the period of service, as needed.
