A. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1. Furnish and install Ozone Building to house ozone generation equipment and new electrical room, associated process mechanical equipment, valves and piping, architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation control and SCADA integration. 2. Furnish and install a Contact/Off-gas Structures and Ozone Destruct Structure and associated work. 3. Furnish and install a liquid oxygen containment equipment pad and associated work. 4. Furnish and install Ozone Generation and Feed System Equipment, and start-up and testing planning and execution including all coordination of testing, startup planning and coordination, and successful startup, testing and acceptance of new and modified systems as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. 5. Yard piping modifications and improvements as shown on the Drawings. 6. Miscellaneous site civil improvements including site demolition, erosion control, site restoration, paving, grading, drainage etc. as described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings. 7. Miscellaneous electrical improvements and instrumentation and controls including instrumentation integration and appurtenances described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings’ B. Bid Alternate 1: 1. Rehabilitation of the existing 1-MG steel ground storage tank. The rehabilitation shall be performed after Phase 1 construction of the new 1-MG prestressed concrete ground storage tank is complete and the tank is placed in service. Phase 1 GST improvements are currently under construction by DN Tanks. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
