Harlingen Water Works System (TX) solicits bids from reliable & detailed Utility Locator Companies to establish a contract(s) to accurately identify and mark the location of its underground water & sewer utilities. Bidder must demonstrate ability and commitment to perform the Locates using its local service center. Throughout the Bidding Documents, unless otherwise indicated, the terms “local” or “locally” refer to a location within a 60-mile radius of Harlingen, Texas. The geographical location(s) of bidder’s facilities will be given due consideration in the evaluation of bids and award of contract. Goods and services will be ordered via Purchase Order only on an as-needed basis.
