The project consists of renovation of a portion of the City Hall first floor. The Library will move into the old court room and existing shell space. A new Community room will be located in the old Library space. The project will also include new flooring and paint in the public areas of the first and second floor of City Hall. The project will include a new asphalt parking lot on the south side of City Hall and new egress paving on the north side of city hall. There will also be some alternates covering new paint and flooring in various other City Hall spaces. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
