This building serves as a community gathering hub and dated back to the early 1900’s as a pier and beam church house facility that has been renovated over the years bringing it up to its current state. This Request for Proposal is to re-open a currently closed community center building after a series of renovations occur. There are several concerns related to MEP, structure and life safety that need to be remedied and that are documented and reported addressing all known deficiencies both cosmetic and life safety related such as the addition of a code compliant Fire Sprinkler system.
