The Project is a complete demolition of the Existing Crawford Booster Station with the exception of the existing well and 80,000 gallon ground storage tank (GST). All demolition debris shall be hauled off and disposed of by the Contractor with approval from the Owner. All existing underground piping shall be removed & disposed of. A bypass line bypassing the entire booster station shall be installed to provide uninterrupted water while the booster station is being constructed. The existing booster pumps shall be removed and set aside for the Owner. All existing buildings shall be demolished and debris removed from the site. The existing hydropneumatic tank and controls shall be removed and set aside for the Owner to reuse. It is the intent of the plans and specifications that the Owners current SCADA consultant (Dedicated Controls, LLC) provide all the SCADA controls installation & calibration for this project. The Contractor shall follow the plans & specifications as laid out herein and any conflicts not identified shall be brought to the Engineers attention. The Contractor shall bid the number of days required to complete the constructed rehabilitation including the well, booster station and hydropneumatic tank as depicted in the plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
