1. Construction of a new single level 21,971 SF Fine Arts building addition on the north side of the existing school facility and associated site and utility work to accommodate the addition. Cosmetic renovation of 6 classrooms in the existing school facility. 3. Relocation and eventual removal of existing portable classrooms. (ALTERNATE). 4. Upgrades to the existing sidewalks, landscaping, bench seating and fencing as required by the City during the re-platting process. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
