The Contractor shall provide DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas with make ready services. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary for the performance of work to prepare rental units for occupancy by a new tenant. Make-Ready services shall include but is not limited to the installation and repair of sheetrock which includes tape, bedding, texturing, painting, cleaning and other repairs due to “wear and tear” conditions to selected vacant apartments owned and operated by DHA according to the specifications herein. All Make-Ready Services shall be performed on an as needed basis. DHA shall furnish supplies such as paint, wax, cleaning solutions, and solvents. Section 3 and DBE participation. Bonds required.
