The project seeks to build a Peer-to-Peer surface lot for additional parking at the Rental Car Center (RCC) to accommodate peer-to-peer carshare companies. The lot will be designed and constructed to accommodate vehicular ingress/egress for approximately 100 parking stalls, including ADA spaces. The design includes a pedestrian sidewalk from the lot to the RCC building. The parking lot includes but not limited to: • Temporary traffic control devices as shown on the plans or as directed by the OAR. • Temporary erosion control devices in construction of staging area. • Demolition and disposal of existing curbs. • Demolition and disposal of existing utilities and associated elements. • Protection of existing utilities. • Restoration of disturbed areas with sod. • Installation of parking guidance systems. • Installation of signage. • Installation of fire hydrants.
