Mockingbird ES - Renovation - Project consists of the following: Providing a Secure Entry Vestibule: West Entry to become new Main Entry. Sidewalk and ramp to be replaced. Canopy is to remain. Interior renovations to existing classrooms to create a reception area and new staff break room. Replacing roof over the existing Cafeteria and Kitchen. This will include replacing the ceiling tiles. Replace the exterior lighting controls. Add an exterior ramp from the building to the dumpsters. Replace the Cooling Tower and replace the roof of the mechanical building where it sits. Replace Fire Alarm System. Replace Grease Trap. Replace RPZ. Add Alternates include: Replace sidewalks at Front Entry. Paint the auditorium. Replace exterior wall packs & soffit lights. Replace Air Conditioning systems in existing MDF and IDF rooms. Power wash cast stone at Auditorium Entry; Paint handrails, canopy supports, and canopy trim. Buckner Terrace Montessori - Renovation - Project consists of the following: Replace Air Conditioning systems in existing MDF and IDF rooms. Replace Ceiling tiles and grid in central wing cross corridors and back wing corridor. Replace VCT and base at Back Wing Corridor. HVAC improvements. Cooling Tower Replacement, replace the roof of the mechanical building where it sits. Replace pumps and unit heater in Boiler Room. Plumbing Improvements. Replace EWCs with ones with bottlefillers. Replace AC in MDF/IDF rooms. Repair Drainage issues in courtyard by: Replace and add grate inlets. Clean out existing outlets. Connect downspouts to storm sewer. Regrade. Add Artificial Turf. Replace pumps. Replace heater in mechanical room. Provide damper and controls in Orchestra. Add Staff Restroom and Break Room. Replace sod with Artificial Turf in high traffic and playground areas. Correct Drainage at entry by: Add drainage piping along foundation wall. Add relief louver in foundation wall to crawl space. Install exhaust fan to crawl space. Add Alternates include: Install new RPZ. Add bottle fillers to existing Electric Water Coolers. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
