The City of Farmers Branch (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced consultants or firm to (1) conduct a comprehensive Citywide pavement condition survey, (2) process and analyze survey data, (3) determine a numerical Pavement Condition Index (PCI), where each roadway segment will receive a distinct PCI, (4) provide visualization and management in a web-based GIS application backed by geospatial database, and, (5) provide the City with an option for the collection and rating of asset data for city-maintained street signs and pavement markings. The online software shall contain tools the City can use to actively manage, update, and track ongoing roadway maintenance program and existing roadway conditions after repairs are made.
