Renovation Project consists of the following: 1. Replace exterior waterproofing / sealant joints (include all exterior wall control / expansion joints, material transitions, around door & window frames, wall penetrations, etc). 2. Paint all previously painted exterior surfaces & power wash as required. Provide new landscaping & sidewalk replacement as required. 3. Construct new front entry canopy. 4. Replace 2-ply modified bitumen roof system. 5. Replace gutters and downspouts. 6. Replace metal coping. 7. Perform mild detergent medium pressure wash on stained or mildew facade. 8. Replace exterior doors. 9. Replace with carpet and base at Admin area, CRC and Parent Liasion (Include ACM abatement where applicable & except at areas of renovation). 10. Replace interior doors and hardware at corridors. 11. Salvage and Reuse key cylinder which has been re-keyed per new District "grand master". 12. Remove and replace concrete pavement at parking. 13. Remove and replace concrete pavement at dumpster enclosure. 14. Remove and replace concrete at sidewalks. 15. New ADA single-use restroom. 16. New interior room identification signage. 17. Replace exterior door signage. 18. Replace rooftop DX units. 19. Replace split system AC units. 20. Replace chilled water pumps. 21. Replace air cooled chiller. 22. Replace exhaust fans. 23. Provide DDC controls. 24. Replace lined ductwork. 25. Provide VFD on chilled water pumps. 26. Replace fan coil units. 27. Replace interior lighting with LED lighting. 28. Provide interior lighting controls. 29. Provide washer/dryer connections. 30. Provide hose bibbs. 31. Replace grease waste piping. 32. Replace waste piping. 33. Replace kitchen hood and fans. 34. Provide / replace IDF/MDF air conditioning. 35. Replace fire alarm system. 36. Provide exterior lighting controls. 37. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting. 38.
