The Contractor shall have the capacity to provide a turnkey installation and operation of a system capable to meet or exceed the capacity of our current boiler system demand and must comply with ASME Section VIII Pressure Vessel Code. Deaerator/surge tank electrical components, devices and accessories must comply with NFPA 70, Article 100 and any additional electrical and safety codes including but not limited to: NFPA B, NFPA E and OSHA. The scope of services will include the removal and disposal of the current DA/Surge tank system to include the installation of the new system with all electrical and controls needed to operate via BAS. UMC is relying on the offerors expertise to provide a turnkey solution with the most up-to-date deaerator and surge tank technology including installation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
