The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: The newly constructed Mesa Park Drive. Exit along I-10 and on-going development of Montecillo, Mesa Park, and adjacent areas have impacted the watersheds flows discharging to the Paragon Channel adjacent to the John T. Hickerson Water Reclamation Facility (JTHWRF). The increased flows exceed the channel’s current capacity resulting in overflow issues at the JTHWRF site and necessitating the construction of a detention basin to prevent future problems. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
