The project entails the exchange/replacement of approximately 140,000 existing meters with Kamstrup Ultrasonic Water Meters throughout the El Paso Water Service Area. Over time, these meters have been worn out and will be upgraded with the latest technology, which will benefit customers and EPWater’s tracking of water usage. Part 2 of this RFP provides additional information.
