The selected contractor will be responsible to complete the requested services as portrayed in the engineering drawing including but not limited to: • Demolition of steam lines in corridor areas. • Removal of existing duct for new in-duct humidifier. • Installation of Humidifiers. • Installation of Space Humidity Sensors. • Installation of Steam Pressure Regulators • Installation of Low- and High-Pressure Steam lines • Installation of new condensate lines. • Architectural repairs for all above the ceiling and wall modifications added. • The construction requirements are dictated to comply with the 100% Construction Drawings issued for construction under Exhibit A. • All required Electrical Work shall be in accordance to UMC Electrical Specifications under Exhibit B • All construction shall be in accordance to the contract documents and UMC Mechanical. Electrical & Plumbing standard, NFPA 99, Facilities Guidelines Institute and other regulatory jurisdictions applicable to Hospital Facilities and their pertinent construction ordinances. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
