Construction of one (1) 850 gpm Water Well No. 4, one (1) 20,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, three (3) 1,000 gpm booster pumps, all related piping, foundations, electrical, instrumentation, drainage, site work, and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for the completely functional water plant. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
