The work consists of Mechanical Upgrades and Systems replacements at Jordan Elementary, Holley Elementary and Fleming Elementary. Base scope for Fleming ES: a. Replace (6) existing air handling units with an upgrade to add outside air pretreatment and variable speed motor drives. Replace and upgrade associated air handler building automation system (BAS) controls. b. Insulate existing fire protection system piping above main electrical switchgear. c. Replace existing insulation and add new protective jacketing for approximately (20) linear feet of outdoor HVAC refrigerant piping. Base scope for Holley E.S.: a. Replace Central Plant BAS equipment controllers (4) and U-line zone controllers building-wide (57). Existing field devices to be reused and reconnected. Existing field devices include (56) motorized valves - 1/2", (57) zone space temp sensors, (56) diff. pressure sensors, and (57) damper actuators. b. Replace (22) existing exhaust fans. c. Replace (2) existing condenser water pumps including new variable speed motor drives and interface to BAS control system. d. Provide a new domestic water main service backflow preventer. e. Replace existing domestic main service isolation valve. f. Insulate existing fire protection system piping above main electrical switchgear. g. Replace existing central plant refrigerant leak detection monitoring system. h. Reinsulate existing HVAC chilled water chemical feeder vessel.
