Reconstruction of Glenn Lakes Lane from SH-6 to driveway near Ridgeview Dr. which is about 400 LF of roadway within the county limits. These include repairing curb lines and driveways up to the existing Right of Way (ROW). No additional acquisition of ROW is in scope. The existing distressed concrete pavement will be replaced with new concrete pavement as per Fort Bend County & Missouri City standards. The limit of construction is within the county ROW. The project begins from Glenn Lakes baseline sta. 3+00 and ends at sta. 7+00, about 400 LF of roadway reconstruction as per the required standards of Fort Bend County. All broken inlets and manholes will be replaced or reset based on the field condition during construction. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
