Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the “County”) seeks Sealed Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of qualified Contractors (“Respondent”) for contingency professional planning, consulting services and recovery services for emergency response, disaster recovery and all hazards planning (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements as specified herein. The project may be totally or partially funded utilizing Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); therefore, respondent is responsible for complying with FEMA and any and all Federal and State rules and regulations.
