The project entails the rehabilitation of one 1.5 MG prestressed concrete ground storage tank at the Riverstone Water Plant. The rehabilitation includes but is not limited to, pressure wash tank exterior and interior, blasting and coating of interior piping and exterior piping at overflow, blast containment, removal and replacement of tank appurtenances, installation of miscellaneous tank appurtenances, concrete spalling repairs, removing and replacing interior elastomeric coatings, miscellaneous site work, site grading, tank disinfection, clean-up and site restoration. Contractor is requested to provide relevant project experience and references similar to the project description outlined above. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
