Work under this contract shall consist of “repair, replace, and upgrade MBGF (metal beam guard fence) on US0059 and various highways at various locations in Fort Bend County, TX. Provide one crew 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for the duration of the contract. This is a Routine Maintenance Non-Site-Specific Call-Out contract. All call out work orders will have a begin date and number of working days. The Contractor will begin work within 48 hours of notification for routine call outs, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Work will be completed within the required number of working days. The Contractor will begin work within 2 hours of notification for emergency call outs and complete within 7 hours, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Bonds required.
