In preparing a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Engineer shall address the following specific components that should be included in the scope of work. The scope of work is to convert Warpath Avenue from an asphalt street to a concrete street from State Highway 6 to 6th Street in Santa Fe, Texas. The design and construction of the concrete street will adhere to the City of Santa Fe’s standards, attached as a separate document. It is the desire of the Santa Fe Economic Development Corporation to have the construction for the project commence in May of 2025 and be fully completed prior to the beginning of the new Santa Fe ISD school year, which is expected to occur in mid-August of 2025.
