Scope of Work Remove existing carpet in meeting room. Remove identified existing interior doors and reuse. Build identified walls where interior doors were removed. Demolish identified existing walls to create doorways/hallways. Provide and install new non-load bearing interior walls. Provide and install electrical in new non-load bearing walls and existing walls. Install a minimum of 8 electrical outlets in sergeant, squad, and report rooms. Provide and install category 6 ethernet cable in new non-load bearing walls. Install a minimum of 8 CAT6 lines in Report Room and 4 lines in sergeant and squad rooms. Provide and install insulation in new non-load bearing walls. Provide and install bullet resistant 2-way window/partition intercom system between lobby. and receptionist. Provide and install new vinyl flooring in new hallways and breakroom. Provide and install new carpet in all office spaces to include the interview room. Provide and install lower cabinets and countertops in breakroom. Provide and install lower cabinets and countertops in briefing room. Move existing ceiling light fixtures as needed. Move existing HVAC supply lines above the drop ceiling as needed to make climate zones. Preserve existing interior rock wall and incorporate into receptionist and briefing room aesthetics. Keep existing lobby floor and door. Keep existing hallway floor. Keep existing drop ceiling. Supply and install all necessary room and floor trim and accessories. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
