This project consists of all work associated with the unit price bid for rehabilitation of Cherry Street between S. East Street and S. Grand Avenue, including demolition of the existing street; preparation of 6” minimum stabilized subgrade; curb-and-gutter replacement; and driveway and sidewalk demolition and reconstruction (up to 5’ behind back of curb). Asphalt placement, construction of sidewalks parallel to Cherry St., and barrier-free ramp construction are not included in this scope. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
